Founder and Managing Directors
Andreas Grauer
Andreas Grauer worked for Kemmler after completing his training as a wholesale and foreign trade merchant. There, he was most recently responsible for industrial and leisure construction as a project manager.
Between 1996 and 2000, Mr. Grauer was responsible for the introduction of a wide variety of software systems as an independent IT consultant and project manager in several major projects.
Mr. Grauer is responsible for the CRM and ERP competence areas at Solics.
Oliver Dangel
In 1991, Oliver Dangel completed his apprenticeship as a banker. He then studied technically oriented business administration at the University of Stuttgart and later completed his degree with a Master of Business Administration in International Management Consulting.
After several positions at large companies and consulting firms, he founded Solics GmbH together with Andreas Grauer in 2000.
Mr. Dangel is responsible for the HR/IT competence area.
